Why did you become a teacher?

As a child, I put my stuffed animals in reading groups...I guess you could say I always had a desire to teach.

Interests & Hobbies

As predictable as this may seem, I love to read and write. On a less sedentary note, I love to travel (check out my magnet collection), snowboard, backpack, dance, and turbo kick-box. In the past years I have been competing in triathlons, which has been a blast. More recently, I've taken up SCUBA diving, and have had some pretty awesome experiences (ask be about the singing Humpback whales and my Manta ray encounter!).
